Supervise and train maintenance personnel in procedures to implement major and routine repairs. Provide advice in preventative and emergency maintenance of equipment to department employees. Maintain the departments equipment in an economical and efficient condition through company resources. Participate and conduct daily, weekly and monthly safety meetings. Decipher field reports to adjust and insure the departments computer database accurately reflects the equipments condition. Develops detailed job plans to include manpower resources, parts and support equipment required. Redirect company resources in the event of emergency breakdowns or catastrophic component failures. Monitor employees safety and work ethics. Suggest and implement disciplinary action as warranted. Administer the labor agreement between the company and employees as it relates to department workers.
