General Manager General Managers are passionate about food and restaurant operations. They manage all aspects of the restaurant, and look for operational improvement by eliminating barriers for success. They continually look for ways to inspire and develop their team members while enhancing the guest experience. They know relevant metrics and how to manage a P&L report, and their engine revs at the thought of executing company LTOs and other programs.
