Work with business leaders, business analysts and technical team members to validate business requirements and assure alignment to global design models. You will be part of the Honeywell Manufacturing / Quality CoE Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) team focused on Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). You will provide inputs to Honeywell IT strategy, provide functional oversight on multiple projects to assure the analysis, design, implementation and testing of applications are done in a highly effective way, using appropriate tools and methods. You oversee and assure system design and configuration are executed efficiently and correctly. You support technical skill building to enable complex system deployments and optimum performance.
Key Responsibilities: Build application expertise Gather and confirm functional and technical requirements Review functional specification documents Align applications across projects Cross-org design reviews Validate system configuration Manage technical escalations Configuration management Review value of applications Drive solution design and optimization Interface MES with 3rd party applications (ERP, LMS, Equipment Calibration, Maintenance Systems, PLM and SCADA systems) Help design and drive a Global Design Model (GDM) Required travel 25-50% depending on projects
YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or other technical degree US Citizenship due to export control (EC) application requirements 5+ years of SAP experience within IT 5+ years experience with MES implementations including more than one MES solution (e.g. SAP ME / MII, Critical Manufacturing, etc) 7+ years of architecture / solution experience with MES solutions (manufacturing systems and processes)
