As an subject matter expert related to ITIL Service Transition, you will

  • Establish, modify and govern ITIL process usage for the CTO Enterprise Application Hosting Services organization. 
  • Establish ITIL best practices in your practice assigned practice area
  • Training and organization change management of the process model and best practices
  • Ensure standard operational procedures align to enterprise policy and standards
  • Establish KRI and KPIs for the practice area
  • Represent the CTO EAHS organization as the SME for your practice area for audits
  • Assume other responsibilities as assigned

  • Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of technology delivery and relationship management experience with a client organization
  • 10 + years of experience developing or supporting IT Service Management solutions
  • An active PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

  • Desired Qualifications
  • Relationship management experience delivering technology services between one or more internal technology organizations large internal lines of business
  • Knowledge and understanding of analytical methods used to: measure and communicate key performance metrics (KPIs)
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification

  • Other Desired Qualifications
  • ITIL Intermediate, Expert or Strategic Leader certification
